It's worth noting that the matte look could be tricky for people with dry skin to pull off in terms of foundation, as you need more moisture in your products, but for people with oily skin it's perfect.

Matte lipstick is another fantastic way to get more texture into your typical look, but it's important to exfoliate first. That's because with a lustreless version, there's no gleam or sparkle to conceal the condition of your mouth, so if it's flaky, you'll see.
