That's Orange Drug Beauty Sandra Okagbue in the picture holding her baby, and even though Flavour has never publicly admitted it, for a while it’s been rumoured that he had a child with Sandra Okagbue in September 2014.
Maybe Flavour is having a re-think, he simply posted the picture with no caption or comment but it has certainly gotten a lot of reactions.
