Young Singer/Actress Zendaya walked the Academy Awards – Oscars 2015 red carpet wearing ‘faux’ loc extensions and it caused quite a stir.
What brought the most attention to her hair in a negative light was comments by E! Fashion Police panelist Giuliana Rancic, saying the locs make it look like Zendaya “smells like patchouli oil … or maybe weed.”

Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana’s co-panelist has also commented on the situation, disputing she’s the one who interjected the ‘weed’ comment, and threatened to leave Fashion Police, as she is contractually not allowed to speak freely on the situation.
