The Ondo State House of Assembly on Tuesday served Deputy Governor, Ali Olanusi with an impeachment notice.
Punch reports that “the seven-count notice of impeachment issued against Olanusi was endorsed by 20 out of the 26 lawmakers in the House.”
Some of the offences the lawmakers are alleging that Olanusi committed include absence from official duties and financial misappropriation.
You will recall that Olanusi defected from the PDP to the APC, barely 24 hours to the March 28th presidential elections.
