Opoti celebrated the culmination of her campaign “100 Days of African Fashion” at Monikos Kitchen in Valley Arcade shopping center, Nairobi with a cocktail party on Tuesday evening.
The campaign which began in June encourages Africans to appreciate their designers by buying and wearing their designs. Some of the fashion designers already featured in her initiative and photo diary include Katungulu Mwendwa, Laleso, Mille Collines, Duaba Serwa, David Tlale, and Anisa Mpungwe.
The red-carpet affair was attended by local designers, fashion bloggers and stylists, fashion editors, models and fashion enthusiasts.
