Superstar soul singer Asa is in love y’all!
The 32 year old who just dropped her third album “Bed of Stone” was on the Mid-Day Show with Toolz yesterday (Jan. 6) where she spoke about her love life for the first time!
It all started with Asa opening up about the inspiration behind her
new album, she revealed that while recording her album in Nashville,
Tennessee she would often drive 18 hours by herself to New York because
“she felt lonely and wanted to feel loved”.
She was then asked by Toolz if she has found love she replied, saying
Yes, I have and I am very happy and I guess that’s what inspired the song, ‘How did love find me?’
When pressed further for more info on her man & his nationality she said,
No he’s not a Nigerian, I won’t say more than that’
Asa is obviously trying to keep her boo’s identity a secret but
here’s what we do know…he lives in New York and the loving must be the
bomb for Asa to regularly drive 18 hours to get some!
